1) Live Wire: You could always go with her other costume [link] or use them in any combination of ways. I say keep the gloves and boots and have fun with the rest.
2) Mercy Graves: I preferred your older versions of her.
3) Ice: I never thought I would ever say this. You made her breast too big. It off sets her cute tomboyish look making her look disproportionate. out side of that she is fine as is.
4) Fire: Are you sure that is not Chesire? Because I honestly thought of she was your Version of Chesire before I read the text.
5) Divine: This is one of those you added more than needed. The window seems unnecessary You could the connecting part for the sleeves and it would have worked fine.
6) Providence: You have 7 different Super Girl hair styles [link] The 2000s or Animated hair styles would have been a better pick for the cloths.
7) Raven: Comment on you newest WIP since you posted
8) Wonder Girl: The boots break this. They don't need to come up that far
9) Zantanna: I like your older versions better.
Mercy - Divine: Like them all no critics or complaints. I think you did them all justice. I really like your rendition of Divine.
Providence: I like the character overall. I love the boots and gloves and the absent S symbol. I think the skirt makes her thighs look huge
Raven: Absolutely love it. I like the design you cut out of the top. I would try making her more angry and pouty maybe.
Wondergirl: I like it. I think it portrays her very well. I agree there is somethign wrong with the boots. I also think the braclets are slightly to long.
Zatanna: I think she looks good, just a little to cluttered but i think thats how she looks in comics as well.
Im not sure if you have been following but DC is redesigning all of its characters. Just thought you might be interested in seeing some of the new looks.

Fantastic work, this looks like it was quite a lot of work and probably took you hours!
2) I feel like Fire should be taller, like closer to the height of Divine/Powergirl. From the lineup she seems to be no taller than Supergirl/Providence, and that doesn't seem right (probably again from my experience watching JLU).
3) I'm pretty sure they did an Evil Supergirl story...like, she joined up with Darkseid as a Female Fury temporarily or something...anyway, the costume you have for her looks good though I feel like she should still have the S-shield on her chest. I'm liking Evil Powergirl's gloves-with-bars on them, also reminiscent of JLU's Justice Lord Superman. But while I like the black/silver combo on Providence, it occurs to me that you might distinguish Divine by going with a black/gold combo for her costume (rather than the black/grey-silver scheme you've given her). Or vice-versa, leave Divine with the black/silver and have Providence with black/gold...can't go wrong with those two color schemes, I'm just thinking it would help differentiate the two while still keeping them related.
4) I don't dislike Raven's costume, but it looks a bit complicated, but you've said it's still in the early stages so I'll wait to see what develops. And the other girls look fine to me.
